Shipping
If your order consists of several items, we always try to deliver them in one parcel. If your order does not fit in a box, we use additional packaging at no extra cost.
Shipping Cost
The delivery cost is 3,5€. This covers both shipping and packaging costs. If you order more than 60 €, we will always send your order free of charge.
For orders of items (by weight or volume)
When it comes to bulky items, (by weight or volume) such as a wooden kitchen, universal workbench, or for orders with a total weight of more than 10 kg, shipping may be done via the partner transport agency in the delivery area in 2-5 working days from the next day of the order. In any case, you will be informed accordingly by the company.In this case, we do not accept cash on delivery and a prepayment must be made before shipment.
Cost of cash on delivery:
The cost of cash on delivery is 2euros.
THE CASH ON DELIVERY IS VALID ONLY FOR GREECE.
For orders OVER 130€ we do NOT accept cash on delivery and a prepayment must be made before shipping your order, either by bank deposit or card payment.
Delivery time
If you place an order before 14.00 on working days, you will receive the order in the next 1-2 days. However, there are some exceptions for delivery times.
Order not yet delivered
Check the latest status of your order via the Track & trace code. Trace. Once we pack your order, you will receive it either from us or directly from Elta Courier. If you have not received a code within one business day, please contact our customer service.
Order incomplete
It is possible that your order has been sent in several packages and the rest of your order will be delivered later. In this case you will receive two track codes. Trace. Is this not the case and your order is incomplete? Please contact our customer service.
