How can I make a return?
You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products you ordered. To return a product you must email us at email@example.com. A prerequisite for returning the product is that it must be in the excellent condition in which it was received, unused and without any tags or stickers removed. Also, proof of payment must be included.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. .
Can I return the products to your physical store?

What should I do if I receive damaged products?
All products are carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or the product is not what you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 2105752542 to get approval and instructions on how to ship the defective product so that you do not incur any additional charges provided that it is done within 14 days of receipt of the order If the return is within the timeframe we will refund your money within 15 days to your credit card or bank account of your choice in case you have paid cash on delivery.
